Hi,
I’ve got 3 MW5c and I followed the second example but I’m not sure if I’m doing it right
I’ve connected the main node to the VM Superhub 3 which is in modem mode,
I have an Ethernet switch connected to the LAN port of the main node
I have connected Cat6 cables from said Ethernet switch to the LAN ports of my secondary and third node.
The Tenda app constantly switches back and forth from the <—-> to the Wi-Fi signal sign on the secondary and third node and it seems each node insists on connecting the devices to 2.4Ghz, unless I power off and on the node in which then every device connects to 5GHz
Do I need a 4th node? Do I need to turn bridge mode on and turning my Superhub 3 Wi-Fi capabilities back on?
When it’s connected to 5Ghz it’s brilliant and I couldn’t be happier but it’s when 2.4Ghz is connected I just about get 50Mb
