From a quick look at MikroTik's supported peripherals page it does not list this model, however, it is worth trying to see if it works particularly as it uses the same Snapdragon X55 as other 5G modems that MikroTik supports. The most likely issue to occur is possibly not showing signal readings or missing functionality such as the ability to lock bands. The worst case scenario would be it not showing up at all, but should not cause any harm, much like installing a PCIe card in a PC without a suitable driver to use it.
One thing to beware of is that you will need to attach all 4 antenna ports on the modem to avoid possible damage from the modem attempting to transmit on a detached antenna port. The LHGG dishes have two U.FL antenna connections, so you will need two additional antennas (e.g. U.FL to SMA pigtails) for the other two ports.
