Hi!
I am new here. I live in Greece and i am a happy owner of a Chateau 5G plus i have bought a T99W175 modem that i am currently using in a diy 5G router in a thin client that i created with the help of a friend.
So i was just searching online and reading forums and i decided to pull the trigger and buy an LHGG CAT6 with the hope that in the future i will be able to upgrade the internal modem to support 5G.
I am planning to test the device with the modem i have but i would like your opinion on whether it is safe to try that (i don't want to break a new machine) and whether that would work. I know QUECTEL modems work fine but they are crazy expensive. The modem i got only cost me 50-60€
